Girl is unable to jump on the elevator platform

Steps to reproduce

1. Move the girl onto the platform of the elevator.
   
2. Press the jump key.
   
3. Expect that the girl jumps in place.
   
4. Observe that the girl doesn't jump.
   

Actually, as I understand it, this is not a bug. I believe the jump ability was intentionally removed in an attempt to more easily program the vertical movement of the elevator. However, I think it would be more helpful if the jump was only disabled while the elevator was in motion...

Like Ericius said, the jump function is remove when you are on the elevator to prevent other bugs; we'll see if we can add the jump again later if it's safe.
